Musician Franki Bayzar is a groove/chill-out based, smooth jazz/neo-soul r&b saxophonist who composes his own music. His influences vary from late 60’s to contemporary.
Franki started performing professionally at the early age of 15 … working in cover bands, forming and joining original bands such as funk/metal band “Def Ryme” and supporting acts such as Silverchair, The Sharp, Technotronic, The Truth and the Hoodoo Gurus while studying saxophone at the Victorian College of the Arts.
Being a multi instrumentalist, Franki commenced a successful solo career performing as a singer/keyboardist/sax player throughout Melbourne and country Victoria and the Mornington Peninsula wineries.
The opportunity of being part of a quartet to tour Europe recently was very successful and incredible experience.
Franki is more focused on his saxophone and composing these days and he has recently released his first sax album, which is now available on iTunes and on CD.
